Do I need an account?

No. Stepi has no sign-in. Your goals, tasks, and plans are stored on your device. There is no Stepi cloud sync.

What is included for free?

Free includes on-device planning, one active or paused goal, one focused daily step, personal tasks, Stepi Calendar, and progress feedback.

What does Stepi Pro include?

Pro adds Smart Planning using the OpenAI API, multiple active goals, and planning goal steps into future calendar days.

How do I turn on Smart Planning?

Open Account in Stepi, choose Planning mode, then select Smart Planning. Before the first online request, Stepi explains what will be sent to its secure server and OpenAI and asks for your permission. You can revoke that permission in Account at any time. No ChatGPT account or subscription is needed.

How do I manage or cancel?

On iPhone, open Apple Settings, select your name, then Subscriptions. Use Restore Purchases in Stepi Account or the paywall to restore an eligible Apple subscription. Restore Purchases does not restore locally stored goals or tasks.

Do I lose data if Pro ends?

No. Existing goals and scheduled work stay visible, completable, and removable. Stepi falls back to on-device planning. Creating another active goal or adding a new future schedule requires Pro.

Does Stepi Calendar sync with other calendars?

No. Stepi Calendar organizes tasks and goal steps inside the app. It does not sync with Apple Calendar or Google Calendar.

How is my data handled?

There are no Stepi accounts, ads, or tracking SDKs in the app. Read the full Stepi Privacy Policy for optional Smart Planning processing and hosting logs.
